What do we value in communication?

Communication
In addition to the usual tools such as Teams, Slack, 3CX or Zoom, we also consider classic communication via telephone and email to be important. Despite digitalization and sustainability, we have found that no tool can completely replace personal conversation. We find the right mix.
Almost nobody enjoys creating and maintaining documentation. The only thing that is much worse for developers is missing documentation! Therefore, complete documentation is part of our guidelines and part of the automated checks for every code snippet that leaves our company.
No matter which management tool is used (e.g. Jira or Gitlab): A regular update on the status of development is a matter of course for us. Regular exchange is particularly crucial for project success in agile projects.
Direct feedback from developers, clear and honest answers to questions asked (and unasked), and sometimes detailed explanations are some of the qualities that our customers particularly value in us.

Partnership
We divide our software concepts into fine-grained modules so that it is as clear as possible what costs are incurred for what.
Every change to one of the aspects mentioned has an impact on the other two. If everyone remains aware of this law of nature, nothing stands in the way of project success.
We see ourselves as part of the customer in every project and product and from this perspective are interested in achieving the best. Better quality, cost optimization by eliminating unnecessary developments or the honest assessment of requested features are expressions of this attitude.
