Small teams, highly specialized customers: There is no corporate manual. Your project manager or lead dev will not tell you in detail what to do, when and how - you will know the project goal. It's up to you to develop your own ideas and bring them to the team.

Complicated errors, complex problems with hundreds of variables: that's the daily job. A systematic, analytical approach will get you to your goal - chaos and 'trying things out until it works' are not.

Reliability and team spirit

Two to four people work in each of the individual office rooms, we do not have open-plan offices. The office stays cool even on hot summer days. In the kitchen you can warm up food you have brought with you or store it in the fridge.

In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, restaurants and snack bars. In addition, every day there are groups of colleagues who want more variety and place bulk orders with the various delivery services.
